What is ChannelCenter?

ChannelCenter is an independent company who's founders and current management team consists of ex-IT distribution channel executives, business management consultants and digital strategy specialists with a cumulative wealth of knowledge in the B2B distribution arena.

How did ChannelCenter form?

The ChannelCenter business was born out of an opportunity to help IT distribution businesses survive and thrive in a climate of
increasing digitalisation.

Having experienced many of the frustrations common to the channel, the founders wanted to create a platform which enabled vendors, distributors and resellers to transact seamlessly and instantly, thus freeing up time and driving new revenue for their businesses.

New digital technologies and increasing cloud services migration mean that the market is changing rapidly, and business obsolescence is a real threat for those who don’t adapt. ChannelCenter puts a powerful tool in your hands to thrive in today’s fast-moving
channel environment.

What does ChannelCenter do?

ChannelCenter has developed a multi-layered, access-controlled distribution platform through which different channel intermediaries have individual portal access. The platform transforms the distribution channel in that distributors and resellers can digitally manage their sales and operations workflow through the platform in realtime, with significant automation benefits.

It enables self-fulfillment on a customer level, meaning that customers can login, quote and generate orders, as well as manage their business operations via their own access to the platform.

What makes ChannelCenter different?

The cloud-based platform-as-a-service (PaaS) nature of ChannelCenter results in a highly configurable platform which doesn’t necessitate development work by the customer, making for swift and efficient onboarding. The platform caters for a broad scope of distributors and resellers with ESD, MSP and CSP enablement, and offers a great customer experience with users being able to conduct daily channel operations such as generating quotes and orders, simply and quickly.

Using the platform positions distributors and resellers as digital innovators in the minds of their customers and channel partners, whilst ChannelCenter’s offering is also uniquely affordable within its market space, something of particular relevance to smaller channel businesses.

A born-in-the-cloud solution with an automation layer that connects the customer to the vendor via the distribution and reseller channel, via one seamless experience.
